Leaks from this month's CoroCoro Magazine have revealed four new Pokémon, as well as the ability to alter the skin tone of the protagonist you play as.
Images may be seen below:
The Naughty Pokémon
-It is able to use a new move called "Parting Remark".
The Robin Pokémon
-It is able to use Nitro Charge, and announces its presence with its beautiful voice.
The Generation Pokémon
-It learns a new move called Parabola Charge which damages the opponent whilst healing itself. It also makes use of solar energy to produce electricity.
The Ride Pokémon
-It is able to learn Horn Leech. The players may ride it in the field, presumably serving as an equivalent to the bicycles of past games, or providing travel to otherwise inaccessible areas.
The full images, depicting both the new Pokémon as well as character artwork, are as follows:

As part of April Fools' Day 2013, I put up an April Fools' Day theme that made Victory Road look like an old bulletin board system straight out of the '80s. Due to all the work I put into creating the icons and making sure most of the colors work, I have kept the theme around for any users to enjoy. Like any other themes, it can be set from the User Options section in the User Control Panel, or temporarily set through the selector in the bottom left corner.

A new CoroCoro was released today, giving some new details on Pokémon Rumble U. The game will use NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to give the ability to use physical Pokémon figures within the game. This is similar to Spyro Skylanders with purchasable figures that you can collect and then use in-game. The figures will also be able to store data from gameplay (time used, matches won, etc). They will be available at Pokémon Center stores at launch for 200 yen (~$2) each. There will be 6 standard Pokémon figures along with one special one.
EDIT: Picture of the 6 standard figures released:

The official Pokemon movie website has unveiled a brand new trailer for the upcoming sixteenth Pokemon movie, Extremespeed Genesect:Mewtwo Awakens, which may be viewed below:
The trailer depicts the Genesect army destroying a city, after having been released from their containment pods some time earlier. It also features the return of the Legendary Pokemon Mewtwo, who has been absent from the anime for over a decade. Director Kunihiko Yuyama has stated that the setting of this film is based on New York City. Interestingly enough, the last appearance of Mewtwo (at the end of Mewtwo Returns depicted it atop a rooftop in a city bearing a striking resemblance to New York City. This suggests that the city in question may be where Mewtwo has remained since its last anime appearance. Also worthy of note is the final comment regarding the movie in this trailer, stating "You still don't know the real Mewtwo", (At approximately 1:18 in the trailer). This suggests that, despite its age, brand new details regarding Mewtwo may be revealed. Based on past trends, this may be things ranging from a new form, to simply highlighting its signature move Psystrike, or something else entirely.
Additionally, the promotional image for the film may be seen below:

This spring, another title in the Pokémon Rumble (Pokémon Scramble) line is coming to the Wii U download service in Japan. Like the previous title, the game will feature Pokémon toys of the existing 649 characters.
Pokémon Scramble U will not feature Gen VI (XY) Pokémon.

The recent CoroCoro Leak has revealed what appears to be the "full" title for the upcoming 16th Pokemon movie, following the trend of past films in only giving partial title information initially. The title is now known to be Extremespeed Genesect and the Reawakening of Mewtwo. It has already been previously revealed that the film's story will follow from the group of Genesect introduced in the Episode N anime arc, and so it stands to reason that the conflict between Team Rocket and Team Plasma (originally cancelled due to Japanese earthquake) will be brought to the forefront as part of the movie's premise. This movie will be Mewtwo's first anime appearance since the 2000 film "Mewtwo Returns", so how the producers will take advantage of the improved animation capabilities now at their disposal remains to be seen. After some time of dealing with the layout having a few fatal flaws from the coding side of things (no SSI, for instance), I decided it was about time to actually fix it up. I don't intend to remove anything, but some old features may get replaced as necessary, and a few URLs may change in the process. For now, though, I'll bring up a few important things:
The site layout has been the same since around when Black and White were released. The positioning of items on the page will not change, but the color scheme might be updated. I haven't decided yet. Obviously, the "Black and White" text in the banner will be changed if the colors change. That "Pokédex" box in the upper left has got to go; it just redirects to the dormant VGVids.
That's the thingy that allows you to view the network news on Floatzel.Net. Yeah, it's definitely in need of updating. I've noticed that a few features don't work properly with it (like the tables), and the lists sometimes have issues.
I'll be reopening affiliation once the overhaul is complete, as it won't be a pain to add/remove them anymore. I know I've got at least 25 sites in queue to review.
If you are a current affiliate, please do not remove Floatzel.Net from your affiliates list. Otherwise, I may consider your site to have dropped the affiliation and will remove your site's icon as well. If your site hasn't been updated in a long time, brings up a lot of errors messages, or has been taken down, your icon will be removed. This link leads to the revised affiliates list. It may change before the completion of reconstruction.
- I think I'll fix up the History page a bit.
- Instances of my e-mail address will be replaced with a contact page. (Likewise, the "Contact" box along the left side will be removed.)
- I haven't yet decided if I'll add an XY page.
- The Mario Paint page really needs to be fixed up so it doesn't load so slowly.
- I'm going to add a "Legacy" menu item, which will contain retired sections of Floatzel.Net, like the Pokémon of the Month. [*]I want to add some more pages, but I need some ideas. (Anybody have any good ideas?)
The overhaul itself should be complete by the end of the month.
