the areas (such as Hiun City now being Castelia City) and Pokémon (like Snivy,
Tepig, and Oshawott).
Pocket Monsters Black and White versions, coming this autumn to Nintendo
DS, are the first entries of the fifth generation. While only a few of the
Pokémon from this generation are known, details are slowly leaking from a
variety of official sources to fans everywhere.
These games take place in a new region known as Isshu.
The first two Pokémon revealed in CoroCoro on February 10, 2010, were
Zorua and Zoroark, a pair of
mischievous, illusory Dark-type foxes capable of mimicking other Pokémon.
Zoroark will be the star of the 13th movie,
Phantom Champion: Zoroark,
to be released in Japanese theaters on July 10, 2010.
On May 12, 2010, CoroCoro scans leaked three more, the starters:
Tsutaaja (also Romanized
Tsutaja and Tsutarja),
Pokabu, and
Mijumaru.

On May 28, 2010, the English Pokémon website revealed the new legendary
Pokémon: Reshiram and
Zekrom, which look almost like characters from
Digimon or Yu-Gi-Oh!. Also revealed was the boxart.
